ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة La Societe Adidas Sarragan France المسجلة بتاريخ 9/3/1995 تحت رقم 975 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/1/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 48/ت, بأنها قررت أقفال فرع الشركة في لبنان, وتكليف الأستاذ فادي مغيزل للقيام بهذه المهمة, وذلك بموجب قرار مؤرخ في 15/12/2003. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
