ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Societe pour l'Exportation des Produits Nestle S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 1/12/1956 تحت رقم 222 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/9/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12046/2004, بأنه تم إلغاء الوكالة الممنوحة إلى السيدة سهير الحاج والمؤرخة في 7/11/2002 كمديرة لفرع الشركة في لبنان, وتعيين السيد نقولا سمعان بدلا منها بصفة مفوض بالوكالة لفرعها, طبقا لما ورد في القرار الموقع من رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة والمؤرخ في 9/8/ 2004 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
