ان شركة سوديليس Sodelis المسجلة بتاريخ 17/11/1983 تحت رقم 902 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 24/9/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 11971/2004, بأن مجلس إدارة شركة Synthelabo Groupe, التي دمجت بها شركتا Synthelabo Pharmacie و Sodelis, قرر بالإجماع اقفال فرعها في لبنان, وفوض إلى المدير العام المسؤول عن هذا الفرع السيد حبيب خليل شاوي, من الجنسية اللبنانية, كل الصلاحية اللازمة لاجراء هذا الاقفال. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
