-في التعديل- ان شركة بيبسي-كولا انترناشيونال ليمتد Pepsi-Cola International Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 10/01/1995 تحت رقم 971 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات-مكتب تمثيل- قد صرحت بتاريخ 03/11/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13833/2004 بان مجلس ادارة الشركة قد قبل استقالة السيد عمر فريد المدير الحالي لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان , والغى التوكيل المعطى له بتاريخ 12/09/2000, وقرر الموافقة على تعيين السيد طلال كمال الخليل كمدير لهذا المكتب ليمثل الشركة في لبنان, وذلك وفق ما ورد في القرار المؤرخ في 12/10/2004 . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
