المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Intec Telecom Systems (France), SARL المسجلة بتاريخ 11 آب 2001، تحت رقم 2176 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/8/2006، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8438/2006 بأنها قررت إنهاء خدمات السيد طارق منيمنة كمدير لفرع الشركة في لبنان، وتعيين السيد نضال جورج حسون مديرا لهذا الفرع مع منحه كامل صلاحية إدارة الفرع وتمثيله لدى الغير، وذلك كله بموجب محضر الجمعية العمومية العادية المنعقدة بتاريخ 26/5/2006 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
