المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة إيكوانت ش.م. Equant S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 15/11/2003، تحت رقم 2265 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/2/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1279/2007، بأنها منحت السيد زكي الخوري صلاحية إدارة نشاطات الشركة في لبنان مع حق التوقيع المنفرد ولحساب الشركة أي بالنيابة عنها ضمن حدود وأطر معينة؛ وذلك بموجب مستند تفويض الصلاحيات المحرر في 10/1/2007 والذي من شأنه إلغاء التفويض المعطى للسيدة دلال حداد. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
