ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Alpina Insurance Company Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 30/12/1949، تحت رقم 106 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 19/11/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12909/2007، بأنها قررت، بموجب قرار لمجلس الإدارة الصادر في 20 شباط 2004، تصفية فرعها في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
