ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Atlas Interactive Middle East Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 21/6/2006، تحت رقم 2390 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/11/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13230/2007، بأنه تقرر، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد في 24/10/2007، تعيين الآنسة عبير مهاوج، منفردة، مديرة لفرع الشركة في لبنان مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
