ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة American Express Bank Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 1/8/2000، تحت رقم 2126 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/12/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 14280/2007، بأنها عينت السيدة سينتيا م. عطيه وكيلة قانونية لها من أجل تسهيل وإدارة أنشطتها المصرفية العامة في مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان وإناطتها بالصلاحيات اللازمة، وذلك بموجب الوكالة المؤرخة في 30 تشرين الثاني 2007، مع العلم أن الوكالة الممنوحة إلى السيدة رنا ف. ميقاتي في 18 نيسان 2000 قد أصبحت ملغاة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
