المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Nortel Networks Global Corporation المسجلة بتاريخ 11/12/1998، تحت رقم 2044 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/4/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3781/2008، بأن مجلس إدارتها قد قرر في 4/3/2008 إقفال وتصفية الفرع العائد لها في بيروت ـ لبنان مع تعيين الأستاذ بديع مكرزل مصفيا لاجراء جميع الاعمال الضرورية لتصفية وحل الفرع المذكور، كما تقرر إلغاء الصلاحيات الممنوحة للسيد دافيد بلدوشي Mr. David Balducci بصفته ممثلا قانونيا لفرع الشركة في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
