المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Carrier Middle East Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 29/5/1999، تحت رقم 2054 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/6/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6516/2008، بوكالة المحامي فادي مغيزل بأنها قد رجعت عن وكالتها الممنوحة للسيد رنيه مالك مع مفعول منذ 19 كانون الثاني 2005، وبأنها عينت السادة توفيق توما وادمون برادعي والآنسة كارلا جيرمانوس كوكلاء عن مكتب التمثيل التابع لها في بيروت، بحيث يوقع أي اثنين منهما بالاتحاد عن هذا المكتب. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
