ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة J. Walter Thompson Middle East and North Africa (J W T -MENA) E.C. المسجلة بتاريخ 21/2/2006، تحت رقم 2372 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 24/7/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8072/2008، بأنه، تقرر، في اجتماع لمجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقدة في 19/5/2008، تعيين السيد روي ميشال حداد مديرا لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي خلفا للسيد Graeme Paul Kingshott الذي استقال من منصبه، وأعطي السيد حداد أوسع الصلاحيات لإدارة المكتب المذكور. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
