المادة 1

ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Banque Nationale de Paris Intercontinentale المسجلة بتاريخ 15/1/1944، تحت رقم 107 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/8/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8893/2008، بأنه جرى تعيين السيد Marie, Francois, Joseph التمثيلي في HARTMANN مديرا عاما لفرع بيروت ـ لبنان خلفا للسيد Thiery JULIEN بموجب قرار مجلس إدارة البنك المؤرخ في 28/5/2008، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة وذلك بموجب كتاب تفويض صلاحيات المؤرخ في 30/6/2008 والصادر عن السيد Jean-Jacques SANTINI، رئيس مجلس إدارة ـ مدير عام البنك. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
