المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يطلب الى الجمعيات التعاونية واتحاداتها أن تتقدم من المديرية العامة للتعاونيات بطلباتها للحصول على مساعدة مالية لتنفيذ مشاريعها عن العام 2015 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: وجوب التقيد بالنموذج بطلب المساعدة الذي يتم الاستحصال عليه من الادارة المركزية أو الدوائر الاقليمية في المحافظات.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يجب أن يرفق طلب المساعدة بدراسة جدوى اقتصادية للمشروع المنوي تنفيذه.

المادة 4

مادة 4: تقدم الطلبات خلال مدة شهر من تاريخ توقيع هذا القرار، ويرفض كل طلب يقدم خارج هذه المهلة.

المادة 5

مادة 5: يبلّغ هذا القرار لمن يلزم.
