وحيث ان مجلس بلدية ارده + حرف ارده + بيت عوكر + بيت عبيد - قضاء زغرتا قد فقد أكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية ارده + حرف ارده + بيت عوكر + بيت عبيد - قضاء زغرتا - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2
