المادة 1

تعتمد ادارة واستثمار مرفأ بيروت في احتساب رسومها وتعريفاتها العائدة لرسمي الرصيف والمرور نسبة 50% (خمسين في الماية) من السعر الوسطي لصرف العملات الاجنبية الصادر في اول كل شهر من مصرف لبنان ويعتبر كسر الليرة ليرة كاملة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور تعليقه على باب ادارة واستثمار مرفأ بيروت بيروت في 15 اذار سنة 1991 وزير الدولة لشؤون النقل البري والبحري والجوي شوقي فاخوري وزير الموارد المائية والكهربائية محمد يوسف بيضون
