المواد

المادة 1

يجب ان تخضع المراجل المستوردة لقوانين وانظمة وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة.

المادة 2

يجب ان يكون كل مرجل مستورد مصنوعا وفقا لقوانين بلد المنشا ومرفقا به جميع المواصفات الفنية والوثائق المتعلقة بالتجارب التي اجريت عليه وفي حال عدم وجود قوانين خاصة بذلك في بلد المنشا تطبق الشروط المفروضة على المراجل المصنوعة محليا .

المادة 3

يتوجب ان تكون المراجل المستوردة جديدة وغير مستعملة.

المادة 4

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة .
