نص القرار: تعتبر المتريز في العلوم التربوية في الاختصاصات المختلفة, ومنها (التربية الحضانية والابتدائية - التربية المختصة - العلاج النفس حركي....), التي يمنحها المعهد اللبناني لاعداد المربين التابع لكلية الاداب والعلوم الانسانية في جامعة القديس يوسف في بيروت, المسبوقة بشهادة الاجازة التعليمية في العلوم التربوية او ما يعادلها رسميا, والمبينة على شهادة البكالوريا اللبنانية او ما يعادلها رسميا, دبلوما جامعيا صادرا عن معهد للتعليم العالي معترف به. اما مدة الدراسة الجامعية لنيل شهادة المتريز هذه فسنة جامعية واحدة, وفقا للمناهج الجديدة المعمول بها بدءا من العام الجامعي 1996/1997 والمودعة لدى امانة سر لجنة المعادلات في وزارة الثقافة والتعليم العالي. بيروت في 19/09/1997 الرئيس مطانيوس الحلبي المقرر هنري عويط امين السر نديم جبور الاعضاء
