ان شركة ENEL Produzione S.p.A المسجلة بتاريخ 24/11/2001، تحت رقم 2190 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 4/2/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1487/2016، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الادارة المنعقد في 21/9/2015:

أولاً: التأكيد على قرار تصفية فرع الشركة في لبنان مع تاريخ نفاذ من 30 حزيران 2005، والمتخذ طبقاً لقرار مجلس الإدارة الصادر في 23/6/2005؛

ثانياً: إلغاء الوكالة والصلاحيات المعطاة للسيد روجيه ج. خطار كمصفٍّ للفرع والناتجة عن أيِّ مستند.

ثالثاً: تعيين السيِّد فادي نادر مصفِّياً للفرع في لبنان لغاية انتهاء اجراءات التصفية، ومنحه الصلاحيات اللازمة لذلك.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
