إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على كتاب صاحب العلاقة المسجل برقم 1368/ق تاريخ 19/3/2016،

بناء على محضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 861 تاريخ 24/3/2016،

بناء على اقتراح المديرة العامة لوزارة العدل،

يقرر ما يأتي:

شطب بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد علي حسين عليان من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي فرع التخمين - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2
