إن وزير الصناعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 642 تاريخ 2/6/1997 (إنشاء وزارة الصناعة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13173 تاريخ 13/11/1998 (تنظيم وزارة الصناعة وتحديد ملاكها وشروط التعيين الخاصة في بعض وظائفها)،

بناء على القرارين رقم 33/1 تاريخ 27/3/2015 (فرض اجازة مسبقة على استيراد القضبان والاشكال الخاصة «بروفيليه» من الومنيوم) ورقم 1/1 تاريخ 5/1/2016،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الصناعة،

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 1/1/ تاريخ 5/1/2016، بحيث يبدأ تاريخ نفاذ القرار رقم 33/1 اعتبارا من 2/1/2017 والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
