إن وزير الإعلام

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على العلم والخبر رقم 1108 تاريخ 9/6/2014 والذي بموجبه تأسست جمعية باسم «جمعية مركز الابحاث والدراسات التربوية».

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الجمعية المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 259 تاريخ 2/2/2016 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تمنح «جمعية مركز الابحاث والدراسات التربوية» ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار الابحاث والدراسات التربوية» يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد جعفر عبدالله شعيب، اللبناني الجنسية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
