ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 850 تاريخ 20/4/2016،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشوؤن السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

عيّن السيد الياس ساسين ساسين، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة سيسوق - محافظة عكار مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد سعد الله عبد الله ابراهيم تامر وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
