ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في النبطية تحت رقم 6003349 تاريخ 22/2/2016 بإسم «شركة جود للنشر كوثر حوماني وشريكتها توصية بسيطة».

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 562 تاريخ 27/2/2016، (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح «شركة جود للنشر كوثر حوماني وشريكتها توصية بسيطة» ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار جود للنشر»، تتحمل مسؤوليتها السيدة كوثر عبد الله حوماني.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
