إن وزير الثقافة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القرار رقم 166/ل.ر تاريخ 7/11/1933 (نظام الآثار القديمة) وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار رقم 88 تاريخ 3/6/2014 المتضمن إخال العقار رقم /382/ المدور على لائحة الجرد العام للأبنية التاريخية،

بناء على قرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 355/2015 - 2016 تاريخ 2/3/2016 القاضي بإبطال قرار وزير الثقافة رقم 88/2014،

يقرر ما يأتي:

يُسحب العقار رقم /382/ منطقة المدور العقارية من لائحة الجرد العام للأبنية التاريخية.

المادة 2

يُبلغ هذا القرار من يلزم.
