إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المادة الاولى من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على محاضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 874، 875 و876 تاريخ 25/7/2016، 2/8/2016، و19/8/2016،

بناء على اقتراح المديرة العامة لوزارة العدل،

يقرر ما يأتي:

صدق ملحق جدول الخبراء المرفق بمحاضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 874، 875 و876 تاريخ 25/7/2016، 2/8/2016 و19/8/2016 المتضمنة اسماء الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي في جميع المحافظات.
