إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 1358/ب تاريخ 30/7/2016،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على إقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية عاصون - قضاء المنية الضنية - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام المنية الضنية القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية عاصون حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويُبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
