إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 1243/ب تاريخ 5/8/2016،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية عدلون - قرى صيدا - محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلاً حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية عدلون حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويُبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
