إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ البقاع رقم 1591 تاريخ 6/8/2016،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

عيّن السيد نزيه احمد طراف، بإعتباره العضو الاختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة عين التينة - قضاء البقاع الغربي مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد اسعد صبح صبح وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويُبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
