إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على احالة محافظ النبطية رقم 1674 تاريخ 20/9/2016،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية عربصاليم - قضاء النبطية - محافظة النبطية منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ النبطية القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية عربصاليم حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
