بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على ايداع محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 3125 تاريخ 22/8/2016،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عيّنت السيدة ميساء علي جعفر، بإعتبارها العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة دار الواسعة مختارا بديلا عن المختار المستقيل السيد حسين جهجاه جعفر وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
