ان شركة المنتجات الصناعية الحديثة المحدودة (شركة أوف شور ذ.م.م.) المسجلة بتاريخ 31/12/2004، تحت رقم 2321 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/10/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 12637/2016، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 2/5/2016، إعفاء السيد محمد مفيد العزة من مهامه كمدير لمكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان، وتكليف الخبير لدى مكتب التمثيل المذكور، السيد جهاد عبد الكريم جراب، للقيام أيضا بمهام إدارة هذا المكتب، وهو يتمتع من أجل ذلك بأوسع الصلاحيات.
