إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 12168 تاريخ 14/1/2016 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2016،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشركاء في «شركة سلفيتي للصيرفة ش.م.م.» المنعقد بتاريخ 14/9/2016،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 3/10/2016 .

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة سلفيتي للصيرفة ش.م.م.» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 724.

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويُبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
