ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالوكالة رقم 2467/ب/2016 تاريخ 1/11/2016،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية بمريم - قضاء بعبدا - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

تعدل الـمادة الثانية من القرار رقم 2478 تاريخ 16/11/2016 الـمتعلق بحل مجلس بلدية بمريم ــ قضاء بعبدا، ليصبح على الشكل التالي:

ــ يتولى امين السر العام في محافظة جبل لبنان القيام بمهام مجلس بلدية بمريم بدلا من محافظ جبل لبنان بالوكالة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

والباقي دون تعديل.
