ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالوكالة رقم 2466/ب/2016 تاريخ 2/11/2016،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية سلفايا - قضاء عاليه - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام عاليه بالإنابة القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية سلفايا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
