إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/12/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9569 تاريخ 19/12/2012 (آلية تقديم وزارة الزراعة مساعدات لغير القطاع العام)،

بناء على القرار رقم 27/ات تاريخ 18/10/2016 (يتعلق بالاعلان عن تقديم مساعدات)،

بناء للمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عطفاً على القرار رقم 27/ات تاريخ 18/10/2016 (إعلان عن تقديم مساعدات)، يمدّد تقديم طلبات الحصول على مساعدات مالية للجمعيات التعاونية واتحاداتها، لمدة خمسة ايام من تاريخ توقيع هذا القرار، ويرفض كل طلب يقدم خارج هذه المهلة.
