إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 12168 تاريخ 14/1/2016 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2016،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشركاء في "شركة الجاد للصيرفة- غالب غالو وشركاؤه" المنعقد بتاريخ 27/11/2016،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 2/12/2016،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة الجاد للصيرفة-غالب غالو وشركاؤه" المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 555 .

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
