إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناءً على القرار رقم 12167 تاريخ 14/1/2016 القاضي بنشر لائحة المؤسسات المالية لعام 2016،

وبناءً على أحكام قانون النقد والتسليف،

وبناءً على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 26/32/15 تاريخ 22/12/2015،

وبناءً على كتاب «شركة لوسيد انفستمنت كوربوريشن (أل أي سي) ش.م.ل..» تاريخ 21/11/2016،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب عن لائحة المؤسسات المالية اسم «شركة لوسيد انفستمنت كوربوريشن (أل أي سي) ش.م.ل.» المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 66 .

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
