ان وزير الاعلام

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1018689 تاريخ 5/8/2014 بإسم شركة «دونغولا للنشر ش.م.م» ممثلة بشخص السيدة ساره حازم الجلبي التي توقع عنها بالانفراد.

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 2808 تاريخ 7/11/2016، (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح شركة «دونغولا للنشر ش.م.م»، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم «دونغولا للنشر» {Dongola Publishing} يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد علي حسن خليل، اللبناني الجنسية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
