ان شركة JT International Luxembourg S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 16/5/2002، تحت رقم 2213 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/3/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 2846/2017، بأنها قد عينت، بموجب التوكيل المؤرخ بتاريخ 6/1/2017 السيد فادي الحج (الممثل) رئيساً لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان، مع التقيد بالقيود المنصوص عليها في هذا التوكيل، ليكون وكيلها الحقيقي والقانوني، بحيث يكون مخوَّلاً إجراء الأعمال الواردة في التوكيل المذكور نيابة عن الشركة و/أو المكتب التمثيلي، بغية تسهيل أنشطة الشركة والترويج لها بشكل مكتب تمثيلي في لبنان. يصبح هذا التوكيل ساري المفعول لغاية سنة واحدة ابتداءً من 15/1/2017 أو الى حين تبطله الشركة قبل انتهاء المدة، أو عند انتهاء اتفاقية عمل الممثل، أيهما أسبق.
