ان شركة الاتحاد العربي للاستثمار والتنمية وتطوير المشروعات الكبرى شركة مساهمة المسجلة بتاريخ 9/11/2016، تحت رقم 2870 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/3/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3059/2017، بأنَّها قد قرَّرت، بموجب القرار الإداري رقم 9 لسنة 2017 المصدق من كاتب العدل اللبناني بتاريخ 22/2/2017، إلغاء قرار تعيين السيدة بيان حبيب بسما كمديرة عامة لفرع الشركة في لبنان، مع إلغاء كافة صلاحياتها في التوقيع نيابة عن هذا الفرع، كما وإلغاء قرار تعيينها عضوا في مجلس ادارة الفرع المذكور. وتقرر أيضا تعيين السيدة فايز رامز برجي مديرة عامة لفرع الشركة في لبنان.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
