ان شركة Telvent Trafico Y Transporte, S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 5/1/2006، تحت رقم 2371 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/4/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4780/2017،

بأنها قد اتخذت القرارات التالية التي تمت المصادقة عليها في 1 نيسان 2016 خلال اجتماع الجمعية العمومية وقرارات مجلس الإدارة التي جرى المصادقة عليها في 1 نيسان 2016:

أولاً: تعديل اسم الشركة السابق من: {Telvent Trafico Y Transporte, S.A.} الى {Kapsch Trafficcom Transportation, S.A.}

ثانياً: تم الاتفاق على إنشاء صفحة إلكترونية للشركة على الإنترنت.

ثالثا: قبول استقالة السيد Immele Robert نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة وتعيين السيد Marcus Handl ليقوم مقامه تبعاً للمدة المحددة في النظام الأساسي.

رابعاً: الموافقة على النظام الأساسي الجديد للشركة.

خامساً: توزع المهام بين أعضاء مجلس الإدارة كما يلي:

-الرئيس Javier Aguirre Heriz.

-نائب الرئيس Marcus Handl.

-العضو Alfredo Escriba Gallego.

سادساً: قبول استقالة أمين سرّ مجلس إدارة الشركة السابق السيدة Lidia Garci(a Pa(ez ويتم تعيين السيد Emilio Prieto Bedoya أمين سرّ جديد للشركة.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
