ان شركة Exxon Telecom Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 7/9/2015، تحت رقم 2825 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/4/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4845/2017،

بأنها قد قررت بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ 30/3/2017،

تعديل اسم المكتب التمثيلي للشركة في بيروت من Exxon Telecom Limited الى Telecel Global Limited تبعاً لتعديل اسم الشركة الأساسي؛ كما تقرر أيضا قبول استقالة السيد محمد حسين دعموش من منصبه كمدير لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان، وتعيين السيد مالك عتريسي مديرا للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور، وبالتالي منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة.
