ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 422/ب تاريخ 11/3/2017،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية مزرعة طبايا - قرى صيدا - محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى محافظ لبنان الجنوبي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية مزرعة طبايا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
