ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 766/ب تاريخ 29/4/2016،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

عين السيد وفاء وديع القارح، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة كفرشيما - قضاء بعبدا، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد شكري اسكندر ابو نصر وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
