إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016،

بناء على المادة الأولى من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على محضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 902 تاريخ 19/6/2017،

بناء على اقتراح المديرة العامة لوزارة العدل،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

صدّق ملحق جدول الخبراء المرفق بمحضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 902 تاريخ 19/6/2017 المتضمن أسماء الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي في جميع المحافظات.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
