إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 2016/12/18 (تأليف الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ 1959/6/12 (تنظيم الإدارات العامة) وتعديلاته، ولا سيما المادة 7 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2868 تاريخ 1959/12/16 وتعديلاته، (تنظيم وزارة المالية)،

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

يفوّض الى مدير المالية العام صلاحية إصدار أو تعديل أو إلغاء أوامر التحصيل التي تصدر عن مديرية الصرفيات - دائرة صرف معاشات التقاعد.

المادة 2

تُلغى جميع القرارات السابقة التي تُخالف أو لا تتفق مع أحكام هذا القرار.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
