إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 12444 تاريخ 25/1/2017 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2017،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشركاء في «شركة لاغوس اكستشانج زيناتي وشركاه» المنعقد بتاريخ 13/6/2017،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 14/6/2017،

يُقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة لاغوس اكستشانج زيناتي وشركاه» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 188 .

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسميّة ويُبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
