ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 3 تاريخ 18/12/2016، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 1462/م تاريخ 29/3/2017،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عيّن السيد بلال محمود الزيتوني، باعتباره أول الخاسرين في حي الكشك مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد سعد الدين محمد معين النعماني وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
