إن شركة Development Alternatives, Inc المسجلة بتاريخ 9/6/2010، تحت رقم 2556 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 29/6/2017، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8430/2017،

بأن مجلس ادارة الشركة قد عين السيد Francis Anthony O'Brien مديرا لفروعها في لبنان ورئيسا لبعثة برنامج تنمية قطاعات القيمة الصناعية في لبنان (LIVCD). وقد أكد المجلس بقاء تعيين السيد Stephen Kirk Ellis كمدير للفرع المذكور ورئيس لبعثة مشروع المياه في لبنان (LWP). كما عين المجلس ايضا السيد John Phan McElwaine كمدير لهذا الفرع ومدير أول لمالية وعمليات مشروع المياه في لبنان (LWP). وقد منح كل من السادة المشار اليهم اعلاه الصلاحيات اللازمة. وذلك كله وفقا للإفادة الصادرة بتاريخ 5/6/2017 .
